Week #6: Baylor (3-1) @ #5 Oklahoma (3-1)

The 3-1 Baylor Bears travel to Norman, OK this week to take on the #5 Oklahoma Sooners. The Sooners are coming off a road victory at Miami (26-17) while the Bears come to town after destroying Kent State by a score of 45-9. The Bears are led by sophomore quarterback Robert Griffin and junior running back Jay Finley. The Baylor quarterback is having a great season, throwing for over 1100 yards with 9 TD passes to only 2 interceptions. He's an equally dangerous runner but so far he has only gained 100 yards with 4 TD's. Finley has been a big surprise this season. He is averaging just over 116 yards per game (4 games) and leads the team with 5 rushing TD's.

The first game between Oklahoma and Baylor took place in 1901. Oklahoma has never lost to Baylor and leads the all-time series 18-0.

Expect the Sooner defense to ready for the dual-threat Griffin. They got their first glimpse of him last fall in Waco as the Sooners won the game 49-17.
